1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OneLink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
OneLink is a digital identity platform that allows users to create professional profile pages shareable via link, QR code, and NFC card. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post false, misleading, or impersonating content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Harvest or collect data from other users without consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
5. Subscription Plans & Billing
OneLink offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed annually (€40/year for Executive). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring annual basis until cancellation.
NFC cards are included with Executive subscriptions and shipped at no additional cost within Europe.
Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to OneLink. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service (i.e., your public profile).
The OneLink name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
OneLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tirana, Albania.
